Glen McCandless has been selling and marketing technology products to schools since the early 1980s. He was an education sales and marketing executive at Apple for a decade, and in 1992, he launched an educational software start up and lead the company to a successful IPO. Since 1995, Glen has been an education industry consultant and the principal of Focus Marketing.
McCandless has been a trusted advisor to hundreds of education company founders and management teams: leaders of the largest US-based educational publishers, software developers and hardware manufacturers, from start-ups to industry giants. Glen has also been a strategist for investors and developers wanting to establish a footprint or expand in the US education market, as well as university and government ed tech incubators and accelerators looking to drive innovation into our schools.

Brian P. Healy is an internationally recognized innovator and business leader. As a senior executive in the PreK-20 Education sector for over twenty-five years, he turned Kindermusik International into the largest early learning music education company of its kind, transitioned an iconic consumer focused reading program at Hooked on Phonics into a $30M profit-making PreK-12 classroom endeavor, developed the International markets for Teacher Created Materials and led the rapid transformation of Apperson Education from an untenable hardware-based education product into an all-digital platform that taps into the global need for PreK-20 assessment solutions.
Brian's success in building education companies has been recognized by many organizations including Ernst & Young when his team's work was recognized and named as a recipient of their Entrepreneur of the Year Award. In addition, his research and work on various aspects of educational product innovation and sales growth strategies have been the catalyst for his success.
